The 4-H Livestock Program consists of the beef, dairy, goat, sheep, swine, and poultry projects. These projects will help 4-H’ers learn about the selection, production, management, health and showing of their respective animals. Special focus is given to the importance of record keeping for long-term success. As a part of their records, 4-H’ers must identify goals for their involvement within the project area as well as with their farm management. 4-H’ers learn self-confidence through various project talks as well as animal shows.
ALL meetings at our office are free. Events might have a fee. If you can afford to donate, we greatly appreciate any funds you can provide to help offset the supplies we use at meetings.
If you are interested in Livestock Judging or Shows, please let us know. Our current Livestock Club Leader is Miss Nicole.
